FAITH FORMATION 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR REGISTRATION FORMS

Classes begin Sunday, September 15, 2024, for grades K-8.

Confirmation classes (9th grade)

begin Sunday, October 6, 2024.

All classes are held Sundays from 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

PRINTABLE REGISTRATION & PERMISSION SLIP

Please click the icons below to print from home the Registration and Permission Slip. Once completed you may return the forms by:

  • Dropping them off at the church office located at 79 Case Avenue, Sharon, PA 16146

  • Place them in the offertory basket at Mass 

  • Mail them to​; St. Joseph Faith Formation Office, 79 Case Avenue, Sharon, PA 16146
